Recruitment: We have an established recruitment process whereby all aspirants go through a transparent screening process which evaluates every individual’s strengths against the Talent-Skill Matrix. They are then placed according to their competencies to the best-fit job profile within the company. This ensures evaluation of complete potential rather than mere selection through elimination. For senior management, we also have psychometric test methods which compares individual to the job applied for. For skilled workers we conduct a skill test prior to hiring.

Orientation and Training: We have an established center for training and development whereby all new recruits go through a standard induction and developmental orientation programme. We believe in nurturing talents of individuals by giving them cross exposure through multi-tasking. There are strict evaluation methodologies in place inspired by international practices and procedures of training effectiveness. Periodic refresher programmes are conducted to maintain modern and up-to-date job knowledge inspiring innovation and high standards of customer service delivery.

    Employee Development: We have a well-established appraisal management system for both management and staff categories. The performance management is evaluated on the key advantages laid down by the year and advantages of the same. We give opportunity to employees to do self-assessment prior to pre-supervisory assessment. Each employee is given an opportunity to prepare his/her own personal development plan, which is approved by the supervisor, hence encouraging a 360-degree appraisal system.
